- Red Robin auto-generates standard email messages to issuers (e.g., acknowledging receipt and estimating fees to respond) and auto-populates forms (e.g., custodian declarations).
- Mountain America Credit Union uses custom invoice templates to standardize billing policies and amounts. Once selected, Safari collects the amount via a paywall and generates a receipt.
- First Merchants Bank replaced Word documents that they had to track down and manually edit from prior correspondence with standardized letters that are populated and sent with one-click.

- Companies used Safari’s built-in ServePort delivery portal to eliminate old delivery methods including paper mail, faxes, flash drives, CDs, SFTP sites, couriers, emails, and FedEx packages.
- Using the portal, companies successfully delivered responsive documents to law firms, private parties, and law enforcement, as well as other federal, state, and local agencies.
- When users click “Deliver”, Safari sets up a unique portal, sends credentials to the issuer, monitors access, and reports back when the files are downloaded (or the portal expires).
