ServePort automates and streamlines the intake of served documents, acting as a virtual mailroom for the various ways you receive and route service today. It replaces manual, disorganized processes with automated matter creation in your fulfillment systems, including Levy Manager™, Subpoena Manager™, or your own internal or third-party systems.

By capturing documents and data electronically from all sources in all data types, including electronic formats such as X9.129 legal orders, ServePort enables greater automation—reducing manual effort, minimizing errors, and, in some cases, allowing for fully automated responses without human involvement.

A Flexible and Module Solution

ServePort is both a flexible and modular solution. It’s flexible, in that in can provide intake for just for a single matter type such as subpoenas, or as a comprehensive solution for all served documents.

It is also modular with many “Connection Types” that can be deployed to ensuring a faster, more reliable intake process of served documents. Some companies may need only one Connection Type, while very large financial institutions might use all the Connection Types, which include:

  • Registered agent integrations to automate the download of served documents directly into your fulfillment system
  • Direct exchanges with agencies and law firms, facilitating the intake and digital capture of information from documents such as X9 electronic levies, ISRNs, and subpoenas
  • External portals to received served documents directly from the serving party, with data capture and an automated acknowledgment customized by your legal team
  • Internal portals to be used by your branch offices, to eliminate the hassle and confusion and automatically create matters in your fulfillment systems
